Deleting your account

Delete from the Account page. It takes two clicks to confirm, removes your plan, your results and your recorded balances along with the account, and cannot be undone.
The button asks once, then asks again — deletion is immediate and there is no recovery step, so the second click is the only thing standing between you and gone.
Everything tied to the account goes with it: the plan and all its sections, every stored result, your recorded balances, and your place on the Plus launch list if you were on it.
If you'd rather keep the account and only stop the email, you don't need to delete anything — turn off "Notify me when Plus launches" on the same page, or use the unsubscribe link in the email itself.
